We can't help unless we have information. Email is faster than calling. We are getting over 40 calls a day and cannot return them quick enough. It's taking up to a week to get to all calls.
HANDS ON questions - make sure you have:
REGISTERED FULLY in their system,
GONE BACK IN AND COMMITTED TO A SPECFIIC DAY.
We can only validate you if you have TURNED IN YOUR BLANKETS AND have committed to a specific day AND their day committed has passed.
If you register in April - we can't validate you until April.
